The majority of our team brings lived experience of recovery, offering a uniquely authentic and compassionate understanding of the journey. This ensures that our support is always grounded in reality and delivered with genuine empathy - a crucial clinical tool.
Meet The Team
Best Practice and Specialist Training
Our staff engage in continuous professional development, placing us at the forefront of trauma-informed care and harm reduction:
All staff meet NTTP Practice Level 2 and are trained to confidently provide Stage 2 Trauma Recovery Care (safety and stabilisation).
Staff have real life experience of 12 steps and we have trained Smart Recovery staff on the team All the team are externally trained in Outcome Star.
Our team includes ASIST Trainers (suicide prevention) and is trained in the ‘Safer Services Model’ (including Naloxone administration) and a safer service model of care , compassion and intervention.
All staff are trained in Housing First, specialist gambling harms, and can support individuals engaging in 12 steps, Smart Recovery, and the Outcome Star framework.
